Annabel really listened to what I wanted (straightforward wash and cut- long hair) and didn't force any extras on me. The salon staff are so accommodating for someone with a mobility aid and I was given a great cup of coffee!! Even better, because Annabel had given me a wet cut and a few minutes under the heater, rather than blow drying my hair, she also gave me a substantial discount on what I'd expected to pay and did not charge for drying. I will use this salon in future and recommend it to other people. Thank you to Kairah, who washed my hair, too. Lovely service.

I have been a customer at Suyo for over 10 years, and have always had a great experience her. My colour technician Tasha is amazing and always advises me well and Tracey does the best cut & style. I’ve recommended loads of friends over the years and have never heard anything other than positive feedback. The whole salon has a great vibe, reception staff are so helpful & friendly and the girls give an amazing head massage after your shampoo!

I've been a customer of Suyo for over 20 years and only ever had 3 hairdressers cut my hair in all that time and Jenny has been cutting my hair for the longest time! It's essentially like visiting an old friend, and I thoroughly enjoy my experience each and every time. Jenny is an awesome hairdresser, she listens, she will give you advice, she will take the time to actually wash my hair if she's got the time, and she always asks for my opinion on what I want and if I'm happy once we've decided. I have naturally curly/wavy hair which I appreciate for some, can be a bit daunting and potentially problematic but it never is or has been for Jenny and I always feel confident she will do the best haircut for me. I love her honesty and her humour and the fact that I never feel rushed at an appointment and she always gives her undivided attention and makes you feel like a valued customer, but also a friend.! I thoroughly recommend both Jenny's expertise but also the overall service I always get from Suyo, from the welcome when you come in - which is usually Aileen who greets me like an old friend (!) to the Assistants who wash your hair and provide the all important scalp massage. It's a total experience and I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate it.
