   I had an 11 o'clock appointment, but the hairdresser was a no-show. I had to leave because of work, and I asked the hairdresser this several times; are you sure you will be there on time? when I made the appointment. This has happened to me more than once, and I am quite taken aback that there is no concern for customer service or respect for their time. I took my daughter to have her hair done. The hairdresser was close to an hour late, I really don't know why I waited around?! I kept getting told she's 10 minutes away, but she wasn't. Before I booked my daughters appointment, I was told one price, and when she got her hair done, the lady charged me more! After being close to an hour late. I didn't want to have to leave this review, but I believe it's important for people to know the level of service they will receive. How do you have customers wait around so long then overcharge them, too?! Poor ethics.

   Absolutely awful place that ruined my hair by cutting off 4inches rather than 2 without asking!! Organised to have mendi done on another day, got there and had to wait an hour for any service as the mendi lady was not even there when we had booked, our other option was to go to another store, how inconvenient when we had booked with them! When we finally got service the mendi skills were shocking! Very untidy and unprofessional looking. Will never use this place again in my life.
