Yesterday I went to this parlor and I was very impressed with the services I received. The services were very fast and I appreciated that there was a worker I think whose name was Naz. She did the services very well and I appreciate her.Next time I would prefer to do my wax services
This place is a joke. I went yesterday to do my hair, asked for nice highlights and got some thick ridiculous ones. No wonder this place got such bad reviews. I was told the lady would do a nice price for me but instead I paid £100 for short hair. I told her I wasn't happy and she even had the audacity to blame me that I didn't know what size highlights I wanted so she assumed i needed medium, ridiculous. When I asked her why this result she said my hair had an orange color and obviously this was going to be the result. When she as the profesional could had told me " I can't do what you ask for because the result will not be satisfying". Long story short, never again going back to this place.
Avoid! Visited this place for an eyelash lift, patch test was not completed but as I’d had it before I went ahead and I completely regret it! I don’t think staff are actually qualified, it was very unprofessional and I was told to leave the 2nd solution on for 24 hours without washing it off, I’ve never experienced that before so I washed it off on the night time as she put glue all over my eyes it look horrendous so much that people were staring at me. This picture is days after so my eye lashes were actually worse than this.
Came in to get my eyebrows down, lady has waxed one of my eyebrows and told me to wait till the other lady is done to carry on my eyebrows just so she can take a call which is so unprofessional. To top it off she had overcharged me £30 on my card and claimed i was showing her something else, she didn’t show me the card machine before i paid and i assumed i was paying the normal price i paid. She gave me back the cash she owed me even though a refund on my card would have better. Never going there again.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but after multiple visits to this place, I feel compelled to share my experience. First off, I’ve noticed that there seems to be a constant rotation of new workers, which would be fine if they were well-trained. Unfortunately, I’ve had a hard time communicating my needs with the staff. I usually struggle to speak up when something isn’t quite right, but even when I do, it feels like they don’t fully understand what I’m saying. What’s especially frustrating is that they never take the initiative to ask for clarification or check in with me during the treatment. It’s a basic level of customer service that’s missing here. Additionally, I’ve been disappointed with the hygiene standards. For a place that’s received some positive reviews, I can’t seem to understand where the praise is coming from. Every time I visit (and I’ve given this place about five chances), at least one thing goes wrong. I’ve only kept coming back because of its convenience, as it’s on my way home from work, but the experience isn’t worth the hassle anymore. Lastly, the owner doesn’t seem to manage the place well, especially during busy times. When there are multiple customers waiting, she often takes a long time to even offer help, and when there are complaints, she doesn’t seem to know how to handle them properly. As the owner, you'd expect her to ensure everything runs smoothly, but that’s not the case here. In short, while I initially thought this place would be a reliable option, I will be looking elsewhere after so many disappointing experiences.
Good service with very friendly staff. The cheapest for the Bearwood high street. No appointments required, which is very handy. Same prices for the past 10 years that surprises me due to cost of living but I am not complaining .
Tried this out for the first time and it turns out they had fast service, I can tell the staff have a lot of experience and the treatment was good. It’s also on a convenient location which makes it easy for people to travel there on buses or walking.

Pathetic customer service...for some reason they've got rid of their old staff who used to be very skilled and professional...I made it very clear to this new person that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up instead she ended up ruining them by making them really thin and kept on insisting its absolutely fine and the owner came and said it looks fine to me and both eyebrows look exactly the same ..I have been their customer for 4 years but the least she could do is defend her staff by completely denying that anything is wrong.
I should’ve read the reviews before going here all the negatives reviews are accurate! I have had my eyebrows done here like 6 or 8 weeks ago. The lady that did them wasn't good at all. She thinned them and removed almost all the hair on the brow. I was so angry and told her but she never seemed to care! She completely reshape them. Its been 8weeks but i am still angry because they have grown back to way they were. I will never go back here again!
