   I paid £1,500 upfront for a full-body laser package but only received one and a half sessions. My first session was done by a trainee who admitted they’d never performed laser before. At my second appointment, the male receptionist was extremely rude and falsely claimed I had only booked a half-treatment, even though I have email proof. They even stopped my session halfway to treat another client first. I never got a refund, and the whole experience left me feeling unsafe and unwilling to return.

   This was the worst acne treatment experience I’ve had. I spent around £400 on medication that made my acne worse and burned my skin, and after two months there was no improvement. When I finally saw Valeria Somal, she agreed my skin had deteriorated but then recommended more treatments costing about £500, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. I was also put on weekly light sessions costing £600, which didn’t help at all, especially since I still had active acne. Overall, the treatments felt like a waste of time and money, and my skin ended up worse. I never received the file I was told would be sent to me. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for acne treatment.

   I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at The Natural Skinn Company. I went in for a facial treatment hoping to improve my skin, but it ended up causing more harm than good. I specifically told them that my skin is sensitive, but it seemed like my concerns were completely ignored. The treatment left my skin red, irritated, and even caused some breakouts. I’ve never had such a bad reaction to a facial before, and it's honestly quite alarming. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t explain the products or procedures properly. I felt rushed throughout the entire session, and there was no follow-up or care to check on how my skin was reacting during or after the treatment. It’s as though they were more focused on getting me out the door than actually providing quality service. The clinic itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service and the damage done to my skin. I’m now dealing with the aftermath of this treatment and will have to seek professional help to undo the damage caused. The glowing reviews are misleading, and I regret trusting this place with my skin. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone with sensitive skin or those looking for professional, quality skincare.

   Unfortunately, the treatment I received here left my skin in worse condition than before. I experienced redness, irritation, and sensitivity that lasted for days. I wish I had been given clearer information about possible side effects and what to do if something goes wrong. I contacted the clinic afterward, but the assistance didn’t fully help resolve the issue. I would advise others to be cautious and ask many questions before proceeding.

   I highly reccomend! I have had various treatments here including facials and lazer treatment. My face feels and looks great after my monthly facials and I have seen fantastic results from my lazer hair removal treatment! Val is such a lovely person inside and out and has an exceptional amount of knowledge. The time and care she puts into her treatments is what keeps me coming back time and time again. I highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!
