    not the store itself but a review for the online. (did click and collect here). I placed an order using a 20% discount, waited a week and there was no update on the order, contacted size for them to tell me there was an error and the order has been cancelled. they refunded me and now the 20% offer no longer exists meaning I now need to pay more money due to no fault of my own but the companies.

    I came there on the 29th of July for a release and I was satisfied with my service. The staff was helpful and willing to help me with stock. I ended up getting 2 pairs for my self and left the store happy! The manager was a calm person and tried to help me getting a pair for my friend as much as he could even though I kept calling the store; but with some releases they don’t get a lot of stock as other stores do. Other than that I was happy with my service. Would definitely come again :)

    The manager was unbelievably, in the negative sense. Everything was wrong, the information received from a sale assistant about a discount, the price on a pair of shoes that I decided to buy. There are a lot of people needs to work…. Could be better live a space to these people.

    This is the worst experience I’ve had with winning a raffle the store manager was being the rudest ever and he wasn’t letting me explain my situation my father also had to spoke to him for the circumstances it was really bad experience will never contact them again and I would not recommend this store they lie and they chose to not give alternatives for the situation honestly Worst experience ever. Made me cry of sadness and unfairness I hope no one goes through this ever
