   Keep away from this company as much as possible. They are cheap and nasty and there customer service is rubbish. My boots arrived scratched and looking like they have already been worn. The size is all out on 9.5. The boots were nothing like described in the information or like in the photo. So I ordered a pair of boots from here threw klarna. Tower after receiving my boots never accepted the refund/return which ment I was billed threw klarna. Tower owned up to there fault after I sent 3 emails to there team. They have now done the refund but I shouldn't as a customer have to chase them. Also because of the late return I have no been billed a further 8 pound. Not my fault at all. I have all the emails from tower London that have accepted they are to blame. But that doesn't help with the money I've had to pay out in the first place. Just laziness. I also gave them the option to sort this before leaving this review.

   Not an enjoyable experience with this company at all. Purchased some shoes online and had to return after they felt not right. The returns process is the longest and most drawn out process of any online retailer I've used. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. Not worth bothering with them when there are so many more efficient retailers around.

   Had to give one star to post review but i wanted to give zero tbh.. Faulty doc martins which made me think are they even legit? As doc martins are quite indestructible..Sent those back and they told me they don't exchange. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.

   Had a terrible experience with my online order. Order shoes arrived in a timely manner. I tried them and realised they were too narrow and sent back. I was refused a refund due to " considerable wear" and not being in a reseallable condition. The shoes were sent back despite my contacting them assuring them I had simply tried them on. Once returned it was clear one shoe was in perfect condition and the other had slight sign (if you look very closely) how it's possible for me to have worn one shoe and not the other? Clearly one was either faulty or had maybe been tried on instore. Now I am left with a pair of shoes too small. They are totally in condition to sell. Very very disappointed

   I would put zero stars if I had a choice. DO NOT BUY from TOWER LONDON. REFUNDS DECLINED. I was interested to read Amy Chen’s review posted on 7th February 2024 who has had an eerily similar experience to me. Also Jane Flint, google review 8 months ago, and Gareth Robert’s 9 months ago. I bought a pair of boots online for £153. On receiving them I tried on one boot for a matter of seconds on a carpeted floor. On deciding to return the boots, I expected a full refund. This was REFUSED. Instead I received an email with pictures of the boots stating the boots showed signs of wear on the edge of the heels therefore the boots were returned to me and a refund declined. On inspection, the boots are immaculate. There is the faintest sign of rubbing on the edge of the heel which, in my opinion, is negligible and neither wear nor damage. I have exchanged multiple emails. Despite requesting I have not been provided with: - name or role of whoever is dealing with my email - the complaints process - the name of the managing director This is clearly NOT an isolated incident. Avoid buying from Tower London. There are plenty other reputable options.

   Worst customer service ever. Avoid! Wish I had of seen reviews before ordering. Paid for next day delivery as was going away, the shoes arrived over a week later when we were away on a 2 week holiday! They were left on our front doorstep apparently after we asked for the order to be cancelled by them and the delivery company and when returning from holiday the parcel was missing. Now they say we can’t get a refund yet as they have to contact the local police who may contact us for a statement because of their fu@k up! What a waste of police resources! They should not offer a service like next day and charge for it!

   Do not buy from this store online as the returns policy is atrocious. Shoes were too big so I sent back yet was unable to get a refund or exchange. Do not buy here if you may need to return! Terrible customer service.

   Avoid at all costs. Their return policy is absurd - they only issue a credit (no refunds at all), it must be used within 6 months, and must be used in the store (not allowed online). They also intentionally don’t carry half sizes. It’s a horrible company, no idea how they’re in business.
