Bought two Bosh lawnmower handle clamps. Delivered within two days free postage. Now the mower is up & running. 100% satisfied customer. Would recommend & definitely purchase from them again.
Ordered lead and blade. Blade got misplaced during transport, slice in bag. Contacted support and was sorted straight away and new blade shipped out the following day. Fantastic company to deal with and the customer support is amazing. Will definitely purchase from here in future. Products of high quality and priced well and customer support is one of the best I’ve dealt with.

I don't recommend buying dust bags for a DeWalt DXV38S vacuum cleaner from this company. I did and when it has come time to change the bag, I've found that their replacement is not the right size. Their replacement possibly fits but would only be capable of holding approximately 1/3 of the original bag. Even then it would probably fall off the inlet due to the weight as it wouldn't sit onto the base of the machine. They don't provide a contact number so you are left waiting for a response to an email. The photos I've added show the original DeWalt bag (which I over filled, burst through weight) and the spares to go bag is the new 1, which is a fraction of the size. To date I haven't received a reply to my email, so I've reported them to trading standards. Don't buy from these people period.
Twice I have ordered filters for my extractor fan in the kitchen and twice I have been sent something that is completely different to their description/picture. One was through Amazon and the other through eBay. I'm not sure how they're getting away with false advertising! Avoid using them if I were you and buy from someone else more trustworthy.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I will add the pictures of the broken bags from now on. Feel free to enjoy the photo album of failure by this useless company that will sell you a piece of paper as a functioning vacuum bag. Bought some paper vacuum bags from them. Absolutely useless. They will break every time and clog my workshop vac. I already put tape on the bag where it usually rips, but that only works for a little bit as well. Covering the entire bag in tape might stop the ripping but then they would also not work anymore. The material is not up to withstand the suction of the vacuum. In short useless bags. Contacted the company via eBay but no response whatsoever. I guess useless does not only apply to their products. My advice do not use this company for anything. If you have any problems you will be on your own.
I ordered a DeLongi water tank on the 22nd February, arrived today 24th February. Excellent service and didn't pay postage. I will know where to go to for any spares in the future. Thanks again

Terrible company to deal with, they ignored all correspondence until I engaged eBay to cancel my order when it was over a week late. They the solution for me to just wait for del’y, when it arrived it had a customs label & it was totally wrong item, two simple brackets instead of freezer door hinge. *******Stay well away *******
Bought a lawn mower drive belt which was supposed to be a Flymo original belt. Actually sent an aftermarket belt which should have cost half the price I paid for an original Flymo part. On looking at their Ebay feedback this is not the first time they have done this. Customer service was an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.
