I’ve used Howdens a few times and always find the staff really helpful and the quality of materials good. A particular shout out to Lisa, who is super patient as we weren’t the most prepared with our measurements and lovely and friendly.
Howdens have always been there when I have needed a kitchen. Simon is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to arrange the units to get the most economical layout and still get the look.
Over exaggerated prices,poor quality,ended up getting entire new kitchen built in good quality materials for half of what they quoted. You just need good carpenter/joiner.
Great design and fabulous service from Simon and team. Delivery was excellent. Really professional and helpful service. Kitchen was extremely good quality and price. Highly recommend. Thanks to all.

Bought kitchen its fine apart from i av sink carnt use as it didnt fit in kitchen ad bin bac twice 2 change cupboard n doors so bit fed up ad put old 1in as need sink were running water cause wknd n closed now stuck wer usless sink
Not pleased at all to be honest with Howdens Chester. I submitted my plans 2 months ago, made numerous calls asking for a suggested design but never got anything. Eventually someone came out to measure my kitchen and they were supposed to send designs the day after. Two weeks on and still no design. I call everyday, leave messages asking for someone to make the plans and I never hear back. Very poor service. Edit: I have now received my design plans after over 2 months. However, there is no price attached to them so I need to chase the installer to get a quote. Edit 2: Now that I posted this review I also received a quote. Thank you! I will raise the rating to 3 stars.
good quality stuff at decent price, quite a few things didn't arrive when they said they would. and received a belittling conversation when called up to ask why things were missing when they said 3 days prior they would definitely be there.
