Bought a phone on 08/11/25. Did not have the watch in stock so that night googled. Discovered for Β£100 extra i could have double the gb on the phone. Which i was not informed or given the option to purchase. On 09/11/25 i returned with the aim of swapping the phone. To be told that because I had opened the box it was classed as 2nd hand and could not be return. It was a sticky tag / label. The employee that sold me the phone had failed to mention their return policy. There was a small paragraph on the back of my receipt. Personally I think that the policy is a bad one. I definitely should have been told when I purchased the phone of the returns policy. Removing a sticky tag/label does not mean the item is 2nd hand. Very disappointed with the staff, Curry's and Curry's policy. Always check your receipts.

Buy from Amazon instead. The place is an utter joke with terrible customer service. If you buy the wrong item, good luck returning it. Iβd have saved money and be able to return on Amazon. This company needs to go, the lady at the desk shouldnβt be anywhere near a service role. I feel sorry for the staff under her.

I recently visited this store intending to purchase an OLED TV, only to be told that they do not keep stock of any OLED models and that I would need to order online, with a delivery lead time of 14 days. Instead, I chose to order directly from LGβs website, where I received a 20% Blue Light discount and had the TV delivered the very next day. The contrast in service and convenience was striking. It is disappointing that a store of this size does not carry stock of the latest technology, particularly when customers expect to see and purchase premium products in person.

If you trying to buy something it feels like you playing hide and seek with workers. If you even slightly look like you would like to ask a question flock of "happy to help" people that was just an alley away from you just few seconds ago acquired invisibility powers. It take a lot of will power and patience to buy anything. Educate yourself on what you want to buy and make your researches before going in you can read equally well as shop assistant that will open description of the product on shop webpage.

One star is definitely too much but you can't give nothing!!! I definitely recommend avoiding this store!!! The service is completely incompetent! I paid for a refrigerator to be brought in, but the delivery person didn't bring it in, even though I paid for the service! I had to go back and argue about a refund! After a few days, they only paid Β£50 of the Β£640, and I had to go back and explain it again! It's a waste of time and energy. There are cheaper stores with better service!!! This store is a disaster, and I'm writing this not after one purchase, but three, and each time there was a problem!!!

Very disappointed with the service and the customer support. I purchased a curryβs home brand microwave 3 weeks ago and asked for the receipt to be emailed to me. Microwave is faulty and donβt have paper receipt, emailed copy wasnβt sent to me. Went in store with time and date of cash purchase, even showed them my ring footage with the curryβs brand box in my hand. The general manager found my receipt on the system but was on some kind of power trip and refused to exchange the microwave without a paper receipt, even though she found my purchase in the system. They made a mistake by not sending me a digital copy and I got told itβs my own fault because I should keep a paper copy as well. The General manager was extremely rude, arrogant and selfish. Worst general manager Iβve ever come across.

Good to search for electronic devices. Quite a good range. Staff friendly and willing to help, but lacking the expertise that you might require when trying to decide what product would suit you best. Nice to look round though. Plenty of free parking.

Compare to Currys in Chester it is kind of weird shop. Its obviously smaller but it also has the stuff differently organised and often not having some of the stuff in stock. As far as its members of staff are concerned it is the same as in any other Currys shop. Quite quickly approaching the potential customer offering assistance. In this respect it is neither worse nor better than any other Currys. During my recent visit the shelves looked even empty. In conclusion, next time I will rather go to Chester.

Wrexham curryβs store. Staff ignored us after I had approached a member of staff and had asked for assistance as we wanted to purchase a tv and printer than carried on what he was doing after telling me he would find a member of staff for us. 95% member of staff on their phones ignoring customers. Best staff member in there was Fiona. Wasnβt her department but she was absolutely amazing and brilliant and got us everything we needed and told us where to get a product that was out of stock with them. She went out of her way went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend her. She went out the way for my mum who was struggling to use her blue light card.
