    If there was an option for zero star then it would have gone to this. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this store. I took it home and tried it on with my suit and it didn’t look right, so I went back to the store to either get an exchange or refund depending on if they had any suitable shoes to match my outfit. I asked the man at the counter if I can exchange to another pair and he asked for my size. He went to the back to check and came back to me saying they don’t have my size which I then responded “can I get a refund then”, he looked at me in disgust as if I was wasting his time and said “you was here the other day for a while too” which I found quiet rude as it’s my money and my choice whether I keep the item or not. I then asked him for some advice on what other shoes and colours I can get to match my suit and he goes “well anyone could have told you that” what kind of behaviour is this from a staff member towards a customer. He was treating me like a nobody and did not care about my needs. Anyways as he put my refund through I left the sole reader bag on the desk and he the staff tells me to take the bag as he doesn’t need it and the bag is non refundable, find it funny because firstly I didn’t ask for a refund for the bag I just left it there as there is no need for me to have that empty carrier bag. I will never be going to the Bromley branch again since the staff member doesn’t know the basic etiquettes of customer service or even how to speak to people.

    The attitude of the staff in this shop is beyond bad. I was completely ignored by the young man behind the counter, who did not look up from his phone the whole time I was there. This is a pity, as the shop itself is very pleasant, with a good choice of shoes.

    I was really,shocked-by assistant who works in the shop-short British girl,with blonde hair-extremely root attitude,angry attitude-I walk in,on 22nd of August,asked about boss shoes,she looked at me so angry .She was chatting with her colleague other lady,it felt like I interrupted them,She said,it is no size at all available,also,no interest AT ALL to help me,as a customer,but when desited to look for my size,but,her face and angryness said it all-go away from the shop.Finally she gave me, shoes to try,but I felt like,I was so unwelcome ,she was stearing at me so angry,other lady ,black girl-she ignored everything and was scrolling her phone, didn't care about,nothing.Really made me,feel very sad.I never want to go back and don't wish on any one else to feel what I felt ,very sad experience.

    Just walked in to this Bromley branch and the two ladies working there couldn’t even be bothered to greet or interrupt their conversation to acknowledge that a potential customer was in the store. It’s Christmas and I was the only person in there, no wonder! Do your job!

    Great value and brilliant customer service. I had to change my sons shoe size, there was none in his size at the store so the lady was kind enough to arrange a home delivery.

    Horrible customer service. Zero enthusiasm or even basic level of engagement with the client. Every query was met as if we were asking the biggest favour ever. Real shame as the product they have is really nice. Not sure how they are doing with figures and targets,but think they could increase profits significantly after basic customer service training.
