I’ve been seeing Dr. Cliff for a while now and honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. What stood out most for me though is how comfortable he makes you feel. I’ve never once felt rushed or uneasy in his chair, which is saying something considering most of us don’t exactly look forward to dental visits. The whole experience has always been smooth, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. Fantastic service every time.

Referred to Matthew Gahan at Finkle Hill for a particularly tricky root canal treatment of a long, twisted molar root. I'm a bit of a nervous patient especially where needles are concerned, but right from walking in the door, all of the Finkle Hill team I encountered were friendly and positive. While root canal work is never going to be the happiest time of your life, Matthew and his dental nurse were both superbly calming and reassuring, from introductions and an initial chat about the work needed, helping me through the anaesthetics process, and then keeping me informed about what they were doing and checking I was comfortable through the full two hours of treatment. I felt very well looked after, and while that sort of intensive dental work is never going to be 'pleasant', Matthew and team made it as easy and painless - physically and emotionally - as it possibly could be.
