   Disgusting service by a staff member called salma. I arrived late for a three hour movie and she gave me so much attitude. She spoke to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner as if I was some child. I brought this up to another worker at the till and she said this has happened many times before with this particular person and was apologetic. I did say it was not her fault. Salma needs to be sacked because she has ZERO customer service skills. I will not be coming back. ZERO STARS

   Visited this cinema yesterday with my wife and children. We were served by Alyssa who was very helpful and made sure we had a positive experience. We had a great time overall, although the seats aren’t very comfortable and the screen is a bit too cold for my liking.

   Booked at this cinema last minute to burn some time, the film pricing was a bargain at £5.50 for an adult and £5 for a child to watch the new Gabby Dollhouse film, the family food deal was a great price at £19.99 and I found the lady who scanned our tickets super helpful. Unfortunately I found the cinema cold and the seats are incredibly uncomfortable! Really small with hard plastic armrests (I’m 5’7 and around 9st) for reference. My youngest child also found it difficult to keep the chair level and prevent it from closing up on her. It really lets the whole experience down. For this reason alone I wouldn’t visit again.

   Convenient location, usually plenty of parking. Easy online booking. Seats not the best a little small and compact, even the ‘Premier’ option. Often quiet but food as usual in cinemas overpriced and lack variety. Coffee shop onsite but closed in the evenings

   The staff were extremely polite and helpful both Jason and the young man scanning the tickets. It was very clean and quiet. The barista in Costa coffee on site was also really helpful. My keys fell out of my pocket while I was there and a very honest family found me to return them. Thank you

   Silver screen today, saw Woman King, really good film a little brutal but fantastic acting and great script. I loved it. The staff are good there especially Salma always happy to help.

   Brilliant service at Odeon Rochdale for National Cinema Day. Staff went above and beyond to make the experience special for our kids and even gave our children free cinema sweets as a reward for their thematic outfits! Really memorable experience; toilets and screen were very clean; and staff were friendly. We'll definitely be back!

   Good place but little bit dirty inside. The food was tasty but I strongly suggest to provide plastic straws for the drinks. Yes, I know plastics are bad for the environment but the whole container is made of plastic so there if recycled properly the straws are not a threat to the environment.
