Had a tyre punctured. Booked an appointment for on-site service and received slot next day. Absolutely convenient! Although the mechanic had to go back since he brought a wrong tyre and had to come at different time, we appreciate that he apologise nicely and the job is finished timely from the time he started. Really happy with the service.
Took a great deal of care and attention when changing my tyres. Didn’t rush the job, checked pressures and torque settings with me before doing the work. Polite and professional customer service at a competitive price - will definitely use again!
The customer service is outstanding. Really friendly, understanding and really helpful staff. They were really good at explaining all the details over the phone, they got me straight in, well priced for what I needed and really quick to fix I was literally straight in and out. I was also running late but they stayed back and waited for me past their opening hours. My sister also had a great experience. Will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them to anyone needing new tyres.
