   David Auld is fantastic and his dental nurses are always kind and helpful. My child has autism and learning disabilities and when he started to see David he would even sit in the chair. Due to David’s kindness, continuity and skills he now has a full examination and X-rays, happy throughout. This has taken commitment and understanding over several years, just amazing.    Went for a tooth extraction and the dentist was not empathetic and really hurt me when he did an injection into the roof of my mouth which i'd never experienced before by any dentist. He did warn me it was going to hurt but didn't give me time to ask any questions. While I was sat in chair waiting to go numb the dentist and his assistant were looking on the computer at lodges and where one of them was going to stay, totally disregarding me sat in the chair waiting. He pulled the tooth, stuck guaze in my mouth and said it was done and off I went. I did not feel as though I was getting person centred care unfortunately and was in and out within 7 minutes I do feel because I was treated as part of the NHS I was disregarded and treated differently to if I'd been private paitent

   Absolutely amazing service. I had an (almost) full mouth extraction in just 45 minutes - which is quicker than a single tooth I had extracted from my normal dentist. Oral surgeon and the nurses were all really friendly and supportive, completely put you at ease from the second they call your name. I couldn't name a single fault with the service.

   Today I attended Clarendon dental spa as a private patient because I had lost a temporary filling on my tooth I was having root canal on. My own dentist cancelled due to having covid-19. Clarendons was able to offer me an appointment and when I arrived they were ready promptly to start. Dr Soumia and her two nurses, Alissa and Julia we’re able to take out the broken old filling, disinfect the area and put a replacement in without the use of anaesthetic and it was completely pain free. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you Team Soumia! X

   I had a tooth removed this morning and I just wanted to pass on my compliments. The dentist and dental assistant were brilliant. They informed me what would happen, were very knowledgeable and really nice people. My extraction was done promptly but there was an element of patience too and were checking to make sure I was OK throughout. That was this morning and it's now almost 6pm. I feel comfortable, with minimal aches or pains and pleased that a tooth which has given me problems for almost a year has gone. Thank you Anoop and Tash!
