   On my first experience here I had been having problems with a sharp bit on my tooth, the dentist looked to help with this, and shaved it that far down when doing my filling that half my tooth has snapped off and left with a massive hole which is much worse than before, prior to this I had an appointment booked in but had to change it (with plenty of advance) and then when I called up was told I had been deregistered fir missing an appointment!! Anyway, they sorted this mistake out (apparently) and then COVID happened, Oslo I wasn’t allowed an appointment only given antibiotics, one everything was back running I’ve tried to book back in and now apparently once again I am deregistered, even though through lockdown and prior to this was told this was not the case! No information seems to be passed on here to the relevant people, and now I’m left without a dentist and a very annoying tooth that is due to the dentist accidentally breaking it in the first place. I am apparently meant to be waiting for a manager to call me back but still had nothing, very frustrating and customer service just seems low on their to do list.
