   Brilliant Bouncy Castle – Made the Day! We hired a bouncy castle for our daughter’s Holy Communion, The kids had the best time – despite the rain , it kept them entertained for hours. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. The team were lovely, turned up on time, set everything up quickly, and were really friendly and professional.    Fantastic experience! Came across My Party Bits when searching online for a bouncy castle for my daughter’s first birthday party. Saw great reviews so thought I’d go ahead. Communication was very clear and professional and my queries were answered straight away. We ended up going for a bouncy castle and a ball pit, both worked great together and the kids loved it! They made full use out of everything and I’m so glad for going for both. Everything looked really good and the guys were very quick. Collection went smoothly as well.    The original bouncy castle company I had booked had let me down and I stumbled over this company on Facebook. Customer service was brilliant, they were able to meet my needs at such short notice, they changed the times to be able to accommodate my needs. Price range was reasonable, all other companies tried to add extra money on as a short notice booking but this company did not. The lads came to set up the bouncy castle, confirmed the night before, on the day and sent a text during the event just making sure everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will be using again for future events. Very happy.

   Hired a candy floss machine and a slush machine for our son’s 4th birthday in lockdown. We’d initially agreed to hire a bouncy castle but high forecasted winds meant it wasn’t safe for that to go ahead. So they got in touch with us 24 hours in advance explaining and with loads of alternative suggestions. Really friendly and professional service. Will definitely use them again!
