   We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! We have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with you today! My mum left feeling very looked after!

   Excellent shop with a large range of footwear for wide feet. The staff are expert, friendly and helpful. They quickly noticed my mother's preferences and offered numerous possibilities. My mother is delighted that she has pretty shoes and pretty sandals while I am equally pleased to have obtained footwear for her that actually fits.

   Having struggled with squeezing my extremely wide feet into high street footwear all of my life, I was over the moon to discover this shop relatively near me. There is an excellent range of footwear to try on but Steve and his ladies are happy to order anything they don't have in stock. My boots came within a couple of days. The customer service is outstanding and I am now a customer for life!

   Am incredibly grateful to Steve and Suzanne for their help on the day of my visit to Welling. Unable to fit into my shoes or boots due to a fracture caused by a bunion I turned to them for help and was not disappointed!!! The time they took and particularly Steve who had talked to me on the phone beforehand was extensive and although I was a very reluctant difficult customer to please I came away with boots as if I was walking on air! Superb customer service x First Class!!
