   Toady 29/12/2025 at around 12:00pm, I visited in Barking (IG11 8ER) and I bought a pair of shoes for my pregnant wife who was with me. I wanted a pair of shoes, and I asked a salesperson for help. Because the shoe size was not right for my wife. But I felt that the employee's behavior was unusually rude. He showed me a row and told me to find it myself. I was surprised. Staff Details: A female, looks like english (white), age around 40+.

   Bad attitude billing lady staff. Customer service should have at least minimal politeness and acceptability towards customers. Will avoid this outlet for next purchase for sure.

   Polite staff & very good quality for the low price. They've always been willing to check instore stock and local alternative branches, & you can order stuff for pickup from the store. They'll let you know by text/call when they get the items in. Not much space inside, but they've always seemed to do their best to help disabled people.
