    Just picked up our car from here. Went into this garage as we are new on the street and I spoke with him with all the dinging going on in our car, he booked it in and was lovely to speak to. Called people regarding parts and bits that was needed. Told us a price and booked it in for 2 days later. Just got it back and it took a hour and half. No more dinging. Thank you, great garage and lovely bloke.

    I rang this garage after being told they were really helpful and thry didn't disappoint. my battery was flat after visiting a salon on high street. They were amazing came out at 6.30 and got my car started. Cannot thank them enough. I don't live nearby so was a lifesaver. Thank you so much x

    I tried this garage a few times but it's always come across as very unorganised and messy. They seem to have too much work so really should plan better. I'm not convinced with the quality of work and it's as if they don't have time for you, which gives the feeling of sub standard work and doesn't fill me with confidence. I instead take my car to "The Garage" near Sheffield centre and they do provide a better feel of service, where I have more confidence in them doing a good job. I feel the queen's road one needs reorganising and should have someone in the office keeping it all together and tidy, and more customer facing, it would come across more professional then.

    My car (diesel) went in for annual MOT 30/11/2017 running perfectly came out with very loud rattle pointing to engine damage. Garage stated that was the way they received it. Not true. If that was the case no smoke emission test should have been attempted yet emission test completed and MOT issued. Be very careful
