great experience here came here for the right pair of shoes and one of the employees I think his name was Ish was really patient and friendly and helped me find one to fit my preference!!!! really happy with the service from the lovely staff
Worst branch ever! Avoid at all costs! My mum's shopping trolley bag got stolen on Wednesday 17th July 2024 between 1-4pm when she was trying out shoes, they said they would check CCTV footage, I then contacted customer services only to be told that this particular branch does not have any CCTV & that staff did not recall of this incident, seriously?! Staff told me mum they would check CCTV footage, lies. I know that they're not responsible for personal belongings but that footage could have helped police identifying the thief, anything could have been stolen in this store! My poor elderly mother had to walk home with heavy bags. Is this how you care about your customers? Negligent & irresponsible.
Unprofessional and arrogant male staff , he behaved like he didn't want to get sale, I don't know may be he is not getting salary. Shop is good and have good collection,unfortunately we bought some items from here last week, today I was about to buy the shoes, but due to his arrogant behavior I didn't buy it.

SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE 2 YOUNG STAFF MEMBERS (FEMALE AND MALE) BEHAVING very very unprofessionally - the female staff was overly LOUD, PLAYFUL, DISRUPTIVE along with her MALE colleague. the female staff had no respect for the customers, the male staff was very VAGUE and did not know how properly treat customers, was too distracted by his female colleague as she was constantly being playful during work time and not letting him focus on the tills. APPALLING STANDARDS AND NOT LEADING BY EXAMPLE. COULD THE STAFF PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL DURINg WORK HOURS ITS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE STAFF SPEAKING AND BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very happy customer. I shop here to buy my kids school shoes every year and I am never disappointed the right sizes and shoes I'm looking for are always available thanks to the helpful staff.
I didn't find anything that should prompt me to give them below 5 Star, we must not forget that this is a shoe shop not a five star hotel. People work there looks fine to me. They do according to their ability, It depends what are we looking for. People go there to buy shoes and the price is fair, and not if the shop is comfortable. So to be honest, I am very happy with my purchase and always am.
