   8 minutes ago New I strongly urge everyone to please please stay away from this shop and buying absolutely a single thing from them. I had a very awful experience to the point it's been 5 months and they are still manipulating me and causing me a great deal of stress. May Allah end their business imminently and deal with these corrupt people Ameen! The shop is @crystallondonbridalstudio If I am lying, Allah is my witness. They have repeatedly made themselves the victims when I paid for a service and my bridal outfit. They have shouted and yelled not just at me, but my brother in law, my husband and my sister. Horrendous behaviour and I can't believe this business is still existing. Just please don't buy or even enter their shops. They're nice until you've paid and put money in their pockets! They have shouted at my family and threatened to not give me my dress days before my wedding too. Please don't go in there guys! As soon as they've seen this story, they've tried to call me. How hilarious. Oh and also! They put on fake reviews... J…… Pa…… works at Crystal London as "HR" but she's got a review on Google pretending to be a customer.. Frauds They also removed mine and my sisters review on Google because they are afraid of being held to Account.

   This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They delayed my wedding dress for months and blamed it on a “war” that supposedly stopped import and export — which was completely untrue. I did my research, and at that time the UK had reported no such issues. When I questioned them, they suddenly added extra fees and “storage charges” that were never mentioned before. They are not professional at all — instead of taking responsibility, they even threatened to withhold my dress. It’s clear they don’t actually care about their customers; they only care about how much more money they can get from you. They keep adding new fees out of nowhere and have zero understanding of customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that actually values its brides, not one that treats customers like a source of profit. Trust me, this place is not worth the stress.

   SCAM! Not sure how they have not been shut down. Do not buy from them. What they show you in the store will be different to what is made. They will also not have the clothes for the date agreed. I had to make a panic purchase from another store as they didn't have the clothes in time for my wedding. Very disappointing considering it was a huge amount of money. The sisters turned very dismissive and aggressive.

   My outfit actually came out better than I expected. The customer service was excellent with regular and constant communication and nothing was too much for them. There was a very small glitch in the measurement and I got upset (as every bride does) but crystal never failed to rectify things. They sorted everything out perfectly. I have to admit I am so pleased with the customer service and the outfit. I recommend everyone for crystals now. Please get your outfit from them they will outdo your expectations unlike other places in green street and Southall who just seem to disappoint and not care about it.

   Had a fantastic experience with CRYSTAL LONDON. The customer service representatives were very accommodating and extremely helpful. They delivered the dress on time and were very transparent about the entire process. Provided updates promptly. The dress also turned out beautifully, exactly how I imagined it and the fitting was perfect. Cannot recommend the brand highly enough.

   If I could rate this store a 0/5 I would. The quality of the shoes are atrocious. They price their items as £90+ and say their items are 50% off to lure customers in. In reality, the shoes are worth pittance. The shoes aren't able to withstand any event and are poorly made. As well as this, the staff members need customer service training ASAP. Mehwish and her sister were extremely rude and hostile. Both showed significant attitude towards customers and one even chucked a bag at a customer. They are unable to take any constructive feedback or acknowledge faults in their product. I would recommend never shopping at this establishment.
