   Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. The short, bald man serving me was condescending and unprofessional. I maintained my composure and courtesy throughout, refusing to stoop to his deplorable level despite his abysmal behaviour. He so evidently lacks even the most basic standards of communication etiquette. I’m extremely delighted that he will no longer be trading on the high street. What a relief.

   I ordered a size 14 through Amazon, i was sent a size 12. Apparently the shoes don’t come in a 14, Ten days later, they are still being advertised as available in a 14? I returned them as they clearly won’t fit but I’m still being charged for the postage. I’m now told “that’s amazons problem, not theirs and no offer of assistance to resolve. I’m now giving up and will go somewhere else to buy my shoes.
