Yesterday I saw Chermaine - one of the podiatrists at the Shuropody Ilford clinic. Chermaine is extremely competent and has excellent customer service skills- I hope she never leaves the Ilford clinic as unfortunately the retention rate seems pretty poor. Maybe Shuropody Head Office should look into the root cause of this. Victoria is also another excellent podiatrist at the clinic! They definitely both deserve pay rises!
Charmaine is absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable as I was extremely nervous about my feet. She was super attentive and had great conversations. Thank you again and cannot wait to come back.
Since 2016, I have been regularly buying insoles and getting advice on relevant footwear for my needs from Shuropody Ilford. My applause goes particularly to Anna as she is very professional, friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this place and her.
