   As is typical the element on our indesit oven blew late afternoon on a Friday, located the website of element replacements and having checked the easy to read and easy to use website ordered the appropriate element for the oven. Due to the time and day I thought we may have to wait until mid week for the element but no, notified by the company the order had been dispatched on Friday and further notified by Royal Mail on Saturday that they would deliver the item on Monday. Can't do better than that, thank you element replacements.

   Excellent service from element replacement made easier by their comprehensive list of models ensuring I bought the correct part. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the delivery by Royal Mail. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Saturday, great work for a 48 hour delivery!

   After wasting 2 hours traveling to and from Wavertree dealing with Domestic Appliances on Walton Rd asking me they need to see the old oven element, even though I had the model number and picture of it. Go back home to get the old one and get told they had no stock and would take 5 days for a new one. Then I googled Elements Replacement Ltd, phoned them with model number Indesit K645R, they had stock. Great service and not too expensive. will use this company in the future from now on.

   Easy to place the order on line, added to the order before shipping. Due to Royal Mail issues, element took longer than expected, even though it was not their fault, company offered to re-send element at their cost.    I originally ordered a replacement element with this company over the phone. Element arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was incorrect so I returned it and was issued a prompt refund no hassle. I then sent Tom photos/sizes of my element and asked his advice. He replied quickly and sent me a link for the genuine and patten part. I chose the original part. Ordered late afternoon ( before 4 ) next day 24 post at sensible price - arrived first thing next day and was quickly and easily in place shortly after. Great knowledgeable service. Initial refund was prompt. Price good and postage reasonable. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
