Just called for friendly helpful advice about a washing machine repair for my sister who has Alzheimer’s and lives on her own. The gentleman who answered was to say the least not helpful. Very abrupt, even when I Said I just needed for someone to call out and look at the machine. Won’t be using this company.

Needed advice or a repair as a kitchen fitter had tried their hand and wiring and ruined one of the terminal terminal blocks on an electric Hob.
