Shocking service ordered next day delivery .order never appeared. Rang customer service got though after 45mins wait said they had no idea where my delivery was .paid cash gong into shop to try to get refund .nobody seems to want to help .never again
I don’t live in the Loughton area, but I came here because it was the only location that had the specific shoe sizes I needed. The level of customer service I received from Nav D. was truly outstanding—comparable to what you’d expect from luxury brands. I was particularly picky about half sizes and colour since I was buying shoes for someone else and didn’t have the option to try them on. Nav’s attention to detail and ability to address all of my specific demands were exceptional. I also really appreciated the practical advice on how to care for oiled leather, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you !
Absolutely shocked with the level of service we recieved at this store. I took my 95 year old family member to the store and was dealt by a manager who apparently only works here occasionally. I want to start with the store was empty. We found a style of shoe we liked and asked for it in a size 2. She disappeared and returned giving us the shoe box. We asked for a pop sock which she threw down on the ground at a 95 year old ladies foot. We asked for a second one which she also threw down on the ground. She then disappeared and not returned. We asked another member of staff for a shoe horn which they had an abundance of behind the counter but said they can't be used. After quite a wait we approached another member of staff who said the manager was in the store room. She went and got her for us and she came out and asked how the shoes were. She said that there is a sale on and they were really busy but there wasn't a customer in sight. I was severly let down by this store and manager no less.
Nice shoes shop where you can find what you need. I recommend. Lovely stuff, good price.

I went today with my daughter who is 4 and I was really impressed with Rosy! A very nice and patient lady that recommended the right first school shoes to my daughter. I will definitely go back to that shop; great area too and a huge parking in Sainsbury’s which is a 5 mins walk on the lovely high street.
Visited today with my dad, who was looking for some shoes. We were helped and supported by a wonderful young woman who was helpful, patient and was a delight. Made the experience perfect for dad who has Parkinson's and can be anxious about going out in case of difficulty. Thank you, sorry we didn't get her name. Great team at Clarke's in Loughton Essex.
Came for a kids fitting and new shoes. The sales lady was really lovely with our child and very helpful and friendly. We’ve been here quite a few times and always had a positive experience.
