Im so glad I chose this beauty clinic!! After much contemplation I went with Bamboo for RF microneedling sessions, as it is a minimally invasive procedure, I wanted to make sure I am in good hands. The salon was very clean, well maintained, offering many aesthetic procedures. I was greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to Aisha who carried out the treatment. Aisha made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns, I knew I was in safe hands. I am amazed with the results after only a few sessions, I would definitely recommend this treatment and this salon overall for any hair and beauty treatments.
I had an amazing experience getting my haircut yesterday (30.03.2025), and I couldn’t be happier with the result! My appointment on Saturday was unfortunately cancelled on Friday (which wasn’t their fault), but when I called that same day, they went above and beyond to fit me in on Sunday. I really appreciate how accommodating and understanding they were. The main lady who did my hair, I believe her name is Solmaz, did an amazing job. She took the time to understand what would suit me best, and I walked out feeling refreshed and confident. I would highly recommend her—she’s incredibly skilled and professional! Not only was the customer service excellent, but the haircut itself was even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Very kindly fit me in last minute, the week before Christmas. Sham was friendly and thoughtful when cutting my hair and it was a really reasonable price. I had just booked in for a dry cut, but when she found out I was going to a Christmas party she offered to curl it as well, which was lovely. Really enjoying my new haircut and would definitely recommend.
I was looking for a trustworthy and good salon and this is by far the best beauty clinic I've been to. I came here for my daughters haircut and it was outstanding! The staff were so kind and helpful. after spending years looking for a salon that dose excellent hair color in the shade and tones I like - Ash colors. I was delighted by the service I received. I love going here to get my nails done. The best nail technician in Birmingham (possibly the world?) Works here. She is so patient and accommodating towards my needs as a disabled customer. She always listens to what I want and exceeds my expectations.. She's friendly, professional and just has a really lovely manner and demeanor about her. I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem....
Had my hair coloured at this salon and received so many compliments :) my hair is also still healthy even after the colour! The service is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Will definitely continue to come back!
Went here a week ago to get a haircut before I went on holiday. Rang before I went and messaged on social media and was quoted £25 for a dry cut. The actual salon is nice and clean. Haircut was only 15 mins long. I got a trim and some layers. Unfortunately the haircut is extremely choppy. My layers are bluntly cut and are a weird length so they just bob about. I have to use gel to ‘blend’ it into the rest of my hair so it doesn’t look weird (looks extra weird when it’s straight, curly and wavy so I’m very limited with my hair. I have to just tie it up until it grows out). Also regarding the price, when it came to pay, the lady tried charging me £30 as they’re ‘new prices’ (despite me ringing 1 hour before my appointment). How can prices change in 45 minutes? Only once i showed her my messages of them quoting £25 did she finally accept it. She also gave me a booklet of the price list and actually, the dry cut was £20. Will not be visiting again unfortunately as I really dislike my haircut and it’s been ruined for holiday and I don’t appreciate being overcharged. It’s quite cheeky and not appropriate
