    Very poor, I ordered two bags of tile adhesive online and went to pick them up. When I arrived they were in a trolley ready. I wheeled them to the car. But when I lifted them one bag was already ripped and both were rock solid, already set in the bag. Pickers should have the common sense or knowledge to check products are in a suitable condition for sale. I was refunded but not impressed with this service.
