   I purchased a pair of trainers from this company about a month and a half ago and have had issues with them since day one. As soon as I started walking in them, they made a strange noise. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact a different business entirely. They provided me with an email address for another company, which I’ve now contacted twice with no response. Neither of these companies has a phone number, which makes it even harder to get any help. I reached out for support before the one-month refund period ended, but they delayed their responses—possibly so they wouldn’t have to deal with it. I tried calling several times, but the calls go straight to voicemail and no one gets back to me. It’s really disappointing because they offer a wide range of products, but the customer service is terrible. I was told to contact sellers on eBay, Vinted, and other platforms, which is ridiculous. Why should I have to chase multiple platforms just to resolve a simple issue? This experience has been frustrating and honestly, completely unhelpful.

   Ordered shoes from here and within two months the heels have fallen apart and labels want away. Took them into new balance and they don’t even think they are real. Contacted company to sort a return for manufacture defects and they claim to not be the supplier and just an eBay or types. Avoid avoid avoid

   This website is clean and easy to navigate, I knew what trainers wanted and the price, but to my surprise they where much cheaper than the price other retailers had them at. Delivery was quick and I know people want to know if they are fake. I can say that they are 100% genuine.
