Lovely friendly hair salon, have been coming here for 10+ years. Usually get my hair cut by Elaine but this time got my hair cut by Mos. She is a friendly lady and very skilled. She has good attention to details and did exactly as I asked. Thanks so much!
Snowdon is a friendly hairdresser shop. My family and I get our hair cut, styled, dyed regularly. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Prices are reasonably affordable. Always have a wonderful experience.
Came here to have a balayage done and i have to say Moss did an amazing job. My hair have never looked so good and the colour is perfect, exactly how i wanted it to be. I got so many compliments from family and friends and would defo recommend this place to others. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Had a hair cut from Elaine…. It’s not straight… nor is there any skill to it… it’s been butchered …. Avoid like the plague … how the shop looks is how yr hair will be cut….. there own hair isn’t any better, should have trusted my instincts and walked out….. asked for a side fringe got a full on fringe! Taken it way too short! Not what was asked for and definitely not what was liked….. neway you live and learn…. Too late for me but evryone run and save yrselves! You pay for what you get! Check the photo on google …. That is a £25 haircut… no shape no straight line … no side fringe… trust me when I say it’s even more hideous from the front! After washing it at home it’s an uneven block buffont …. Even if Elaine was blind she couldn’t have done a worse job… avoid gizmo at all cost!
Attia and Laila are always so friendly me and my family have been coming here for many years. My son recently had his perm from Attia we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great salon keep up the amazing work guys x
So I went there on the recommendation of my friend. I was very excited and went all the way up there even though it's not close. Just a friendly advice to Elaine: Customer service is not about showing how great you are. Customer service and human interactions in general are about making people feel great. There is no need to be arrogant or rude or to interrupt and cut off phone calls whenever you don't feel like talking anymore. I had to cancel the appointment as I feel disrespected and not taken serious. I really hope you take it as an Advice any wish you all the best with your business.
All the staff are very friendly well mannered, salon is also very clean. I always have Elaine to colour & cut my hair. Elaine does a fantastic job with my hair everytime. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
Absolutely shocking customer service. When in for a skin patch test for highlights. A strand was taken for testing, no skin test was done and I was qouted a price. The lady booked me in. Later the same day received a message from one of the employees asking for pictures of how I want my hair colour. I sent 4 pictures. I rang the day before the appointment to confirm the time and the lady who would be doing my hair. Less than 24 hours before the appointment I got a message stating that the price quoted had been doubled. I was shocked and rang the shop. I spoke to the lady who would have been doing the hair dye and she explained I had been quoted incorrectly. I then spoke to an older lady who was extremely rude. I explained what had happened to which she replied she didn't know where I had gotten that quote from. I told her I was given the quote by one of her staff she was totally dismissive of this and said if i wanted my hair done I had to pay the new price. She said I should have had a consultations before my appointment to which i told her noone had asked me come in for one. She didn't bother asking who I had spoken to or who I had exchanged messages with. This salon is very unprofessional I would strongly recommend not to use them. KEEP AWAY!!!
