   Miserable staff and used products put back on shelves without being checked. Bought a food blender. Got home it was bent at the top and covered in food, clearly used. Took it back for a refund. The girl on the till did not speak, ask why it was being returned , she totally blanked me. Poor customer service will not be going there again . Merry Christmas to you. Sorry the product was faulty, used etc. rubberdicolous

   Was in the store yesterday (181225) and was accidentally charged for 33 roles of wrapping paper when I only bought 3. I only noticed this on returning home when I saw a £49 extra on my bill. Tried to call the store but the number is useless. Called the head office help desk and they were very helpful and put me through to the Chester branch. Spoke with Jess in Chester and she confirmed with the CCTV that I only bought the 3 roles. Returned today for my refund and was even compensated! I WILL return to this shop! Very helpful and polite. Just maybe I telephone that someone could answer would help.

   So I went to the store today to by some Christmas items. When a got to the till the man with a hearing aid was serving me. I kept my hand out so it was easier for me to put the items in my bag as I suffer with osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The man at the till never acknowledged me and when he did look at me to pay he said what, I said I was holding my hand out to put the items.in my bag, I thought you.may have noticed sorry. He said well must have been a real hardship for you, well I was gobsmacked, he said I've been here all day no need to be rude, I said I wasn't but with all due respect you didn't even look, no customer service to be honest. He said if you're going to have an attitude you can go to another till. I did say in all fairness believe me youd know if I was being rude. Absolutely disgusting service, and a disgraceful attitude. It's wasn't a hard ship but I have a disability and there was no need for the service I got. I've shopped in the Chester store since it opened. Never again, thank god for home bargains.

   Bought a box of toblerone chocolates for a christmas present, got home and was going to wrap them only to see they were out of date for over a week!!!! Cant believe they had these on the shop floor, will be taking back for a refund!!

   Always a delight to walk around and check out the budget deco. I'm been coming here for years now and appreciate how cheap everything is. Discount stores for those of us who care what other people thing when they walk into our homes. The garden center has however always been a bit of a letdown. Over priced and half dead.

   Great value with lots of choice. I especially like the bedding. Staff seem to be a little inexperienced when it comes to dealing with queries,but they are polite and try to be helpful despite limited knowledge.

   This is probably the biggest B &M I have been in. It has a very wide and diverse selection of items. Spread over two floors. Obvious festival influence at the moment with Halloween and Christmas taking up a good amount of floor space. Would definitely recommend.
