   Last Friday 10th March, 2023, I went in to buy a pair of vegan shoes I'd seen online at the Chelmsford branch. The young lady assistant, whose name I omitted to note, was friendly, helpful and very efficient. I then went to the same shop in Chelmsford this time on 12.3.23 to collect some shoes I'd paid for online. Again, Will, the assistant was friendly, very helpful and efficient. Wonderful staff.

   Firstly, staff. Their customer service is amazing, they couldn't be more avaliable to help and couldn't do enough for you. Secondly, stock and range. They had a wide and big variety of shoes to choose from for anybody with feet. Their store is not very big but its like a tardis, they have mo shortage of great shoes to choose from. The displays were beautifully laid out, couldn't put a foot wrong. I've shopped in there twice before and always look forward to going back everytime I'm in Chelmsford. Its the place to go.
