   Unfortunately at this place your experience depends entirely on which "manager" is on shift. Manager Hamza allows his "regular and favourite" customers to jump the que ahead of others who have been waiting much much longer. When I stated to him I was here first with my son, he proceeded to gaslight me saying no he saw the person he called to his chair come in before me, even though I saw them myself come AFTER myself. Her continued to speak to me in an arrogant and condensending manner, and blew me off whilst rolling his eyes at me. Hamza has NO sense of customer service and has ZERO integrity, I don't know why he was made manager, the owner definitely needs to rethink hamza's position. Unfortunately we wont be using the services of golden scissors again out of principle, which is a shame as quite a few of the barbers are amazing at their job. But with a managet liek Hamza on shift its best avoid the place like a plague.

   Utterly terrible haircut. Barber didn’t listen to what I wanted and just did his own thing. He went crazy with the thinning scissors. He should not be allowed to cut hair.. ridiculous. I have no clue why he would cut hair the way he has mine.. so I’ll have to wear a hat for the next month or so.. thanks for that. Utterly appalling

   Had a lovely haircut and hot towel shave both fantastic at I think a fair price. The barbers are real friendly and professional. Would be 5 stars but my barber came in and called me over straight away. Whiles this doing this lovely shave you could tell he’d just had a smoke his hands smelt. I’d I wanted another 5 mins for him ti clean his hands. As a none smoker was real of putting. Saying that I will go again

   I went to Golden Scissors for a regular haircut, but I was honestly blown away by the experience. It felt like I walked into a high-end luxury salon. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the quality of the service was outstanding. They paid great attention to detail and made sure I left completely satisfied. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be going back!

   I came 5 minutes before opening and there was already 3 costumer's inside and only one barber work. After 50 minutes of waiting I'm still waiting for my haircut and still working only one guy. Very unprofessional, slow and poor service.

   I am a loyal customer when it comes to going to my barber for my biweekly hair and beard maintenance. For once in a very long time I made an exception. I was having a random look around during my stay in B'ham from all places. I know what your thinking! But be rest assured, the outcome was amazing! I met a barber by the name of Usman, i believe he is the branch manager, he saw how nervous I was that no one mess up my hair. He personally took charge, and made me feel assured that I was in good hands. I have to say, it was a pleasant and good experience. I highly recommend this service, and they have amazing packages to make it affordable and is a nice way of pampering yourself. Next time I am in the area, I most certainly will be back. This is situated in a shopping centre bustling with plenty of other things to do as well as ample parking.

   This is my regular barbers and they never fail to go above and beyond. I would like to go on to praise Usman and his every efforts to make every customer feel valued as a manager. He always offers a hot beverage as soon as you walk in and he always puts in 100% when cutting your hair. I highly recommend this place and in particular ask for the manager Usman! Thank you! :)

   Friendly staff and great manager usman he's been cutting my hair since may 2022. Really talented always look after customers by offering tèa and coffees and shows great customers service same with other guys and would recommend my friends to have a haircut here.

   Took my nephew for a haircut, got seated immediately as it wasn't busy. The barber was very polite and had alot of patience on handling a crying toddler! Really respect it and he gave a very nice haircut. Would reccomend and go again.
