   One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hairdresser Michelle was extremely rude and made me feel awful simply because I had extensions. Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. I asked to speak to the manager hoping to resolve the situation but she was just as rude. I will never return here. Please do not waste your time or your money. Very rude staff and a horrible experience.

   Amazing Customer Service from Erica and her team. I was very impressed with Erica’s customer care. Erica is a very experienced stylist and always provides a very good service. Erica has a lovely manner and is very helpful and caring. I would recommend Erica and her team. The salon is always so clean and there is a lovely atmosphere and warm welcome.    I went to supercuts as an impulse because I needed a cut and style ASAP. deb cut my hair and I was delighted. she gave me a better haircut than Id hoped for. friendly, helpful and listened to my choices. she gave me a style that not just suited me, it was a huge improvement. I'll definitely return and ask for Deb again.

   Handy system - no appointment necessary. Turn up, sign in online and you can go about the shopping centre until you get a text when you're next to be seen to return to the salon. Friendly atmosphere, and the hairdresser gave me exactly what I asked for.

   This was probably one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. Mubina was so clearly passionate about providing an amazing service. She took the time to discuss and demonstrate my styling options with me as I said I rarely do much of anything to my hair, and it really felt like she worked with me to create a style that would last while considering the condition of my hair. The salon had a wonderful atmosphere and the team seemed to have a great dynamic.

   Grand Central location Whilst on holiday I managed to get a walk in appointment, and they were able to clipper cut my hair. I was finding it hard to find a clipper cutter who did ladies hair as they usually cater for men. I highly recommend this location. The staff were happy and friendly and my hair is perfect.

   Went to this salon today (without an appointment) and had a great haircut by Mubina. As a mature woman, my hair is fine, wispy and flat. Not only did she do a professional cut; she spent time and effort teaching me how to manage it myself and add volume. Despite the salon being obviously very busy, she never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend the salon and this stylist in particular. Thank you for a great job!
