   Highly recommend Ashish. He cut my 15 year old son’s hair and the result was absolutely fantastic. My son showed him a picture and Ashish replicated the style perfectly and honestly made it even better by tailoring the cut to truly complement my son’s face shape. My son was extremely impressed, which says a lot at that age. Ashish’s 18 years of experience really shows in his attention to detail and understanding of what works. He is incredibly polite, kind, and professional, making the whole experience a pleasure. Absolutely brilliant. We will definitely be returning he’s found his go to hair stylist.    I had a haircut today at Toni & Guy Birmingham, done by Ashish, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I walked in with no clear idea of what style I wanted — all I asked for was some face framing and left the rest to his creativity. And I’m so glad I did! Ashish transformed my hair beautifully while making sure it suited my face and overall look. On top of that, he took the time to explain how to manage and care for my frizzy hair, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was warm, professional, and far beyond my expectations. I walked out feeling lighter, more confident, and genuinely happy with the result. Highly recommend Ashish if you’re looking for someone skilled, attentive, and truly passionate about his work!

   Where do I begin? The refurb is horrible and all the talented stylists have moved on. It’s not great and it was better before the refurb. Ben who has taken over the salon didn’t make me feel very welcome. There was no usual drink offered and my belongings didn’t feel safe. Ben doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair or do a proper fade. Ben just literally clipped my hair with scissors continuously. It was a basic quick hair wash after without it having been conditioned and no head massage. My hair has been butchered. I’m going to have to let it grow out now. My advice is to stay away from here.

   They thought someone else was me and took her in for my appointment. She did not even have a patch test (how on earth they confirmed she was me is unbelievable). They then rushed my hair and charged me a fortune and my hair wasn't given the time and attention you expect for Toni and guy. The staff were nice enough, but I was not compensated for the delay. I had a poor experience. Update The manager called me to fix my hair. A lady called Frankie did my hair, she was lovely and made me feel cared for. Thank you both. My hair looks amazing.

   Most I've ever spent on hair, £270 cut & baylage , birthday treat first professional cut in 5 years. I am disappointed, although staff friendly enough, I wasn't happy with outcome style and colour was not close to what wanted, despite having the patch test, my head has been itching crazy for over a week after this treatment. I had high hopes of walking away feeling fantastic and beautiful and pampered, instead hair went back up into a bun as soon as got out of salon, I just wanted to cry. A learning curve is all can say - never again

   Been going here for years for a hi lift tint, however after lockdown Molly insisted my colour needed bleach. My fragile hair is now the worst it has ever been..brocken off all-over and like straw! It's going to take years to repair.They have lost a good customer.
