   I was advised to contact this hairdresser from friends and family who referred her details advising that she is good and advised me to call her. It's now August 2025, I have made several attempts to contact this hairdresser since JUNE 2025, by calling, texting and asking those who referred me to contact her. When her current clients contact her they have advised that she hasn't got back to me as she has had problems with her phone but she has assured them on numerous occasions that she will make contact. Still no contact made, and considering "the phone is broken" does it only work when existing clients call? Red flag, lack of professionalism, customer service and lack of business acumen. If you work as a one person operation and don't have capacity to take on new clients, at least have the courtesy to respond to a prospective client that has made the effort to try and contact you. As far as lying to your clients that you will definitely contact people they are referring and then don't, show's a level of disrespect to your clients. I wish you all the best with your future endeavours, however my experience of being ghosted by a business has been very strange and unpleasant I hope that you perhaps take a course on customer service so that it teaches you some people skills. I will find a hair professional locally however it definitely won't be this one.

   I have been going to this salon for nearly 24 years and it looks like it has had a change of name from The Avenue back to Concept hair salon. It was heaving n I first went and Pat grew my hair to my shoulder. When she started to go abroad to teach other hair stylists she changed. Her cliental has more than halved. It took me a year and a half to grow out my existing colour only for he to put it back in. My last appointment the colour was not fixed before it was applied to my hair and it looks like I have been subjected to a chemical attack. All I have ever done is rave on about her magic hands. My hair appears to be damaged to the root. Well I supposed she won't be needed my £142 pounds every three months. That will teach me to be nice. Her community only ruin people who don't hurt them. Thanks Pat for everything. May God bless the hands that ruined my hafrom the root, coz there is clearly something wrong with her technique.

   My favourite salon. I have been going here for over 3 years and Pat is great. She is attentive and really looks after my hair. My hair has grown and is so healthy since coming here. Pat is very professional and friendly. She also done my hair for my wedding and I was overjoyed with the out come. She went over and beyond to make sure I looked stunning at all times on my wedding day. She even kindly helped my bridesmaids with their hair. Thank you so much Pat!
