Had an amazing experience at Cheaney Shoes in London. Kadee was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Her knowledge and genuine approach made the process enjoyable and effortless. The service was truly outstanding β€” it’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about customer satisfaction. Left with not only a fantastic pair of shoes but also a great impression. Highly recommended!

I visited Cheaney for the first time today with my family, and was warmly welcomed by Izzy. My mum and I found some great quality pairs of shoes which didn't disappoint. Izzy was very helpful and kind to advise us on sizing. We are overall very pleased with our experience in the Covent Garden store, and will come back!

I spent Β£400 on a pair of shoes here 2 years ago and they are still uncomfortable. I think I was sold the wrong width. The problem is that Cheaney don't measure your feet to make sure your feet actually fit their shoes which I feel should really be part of their professional service when selling a pair of shoes at this price. I've had Cheaney shoes before but they were purchased in the West Country and I was dealt with by a an older experienced senior sales person who knew about his product. So the shoes I bought here look great but they are never a joy to wear. Not a great investment.

Cheaney is a fantastic company, and Alex (the manager of their Covent Garden branch) is a real credit to the company, extremely helpful and very patient with answering any questions about all things shoe related. Since the start of the year I have become acquainted with the company after venturing into the realms of high quality footwear and have now bought several pairs of their shoes; the company has a very family feel, with staff taking real pride in what is a wonderful quality fully English made shoe. Do stop by - you won’t be disappointed!

It was my first time at the store and the first in eight years buying winter shoes. I was finding the whole mission a little difficult but the store manager, Alex, was just amazing! He went above and beyond to help me and I am so appreciative and thankful for his customer service. Alex and the Covent Garden team definitely deserve this glowing review. Thank you so much!

Great range of high quality shoes. One of the best Cheaney stores, with lots of exclusive models. Also worth visiting the Cheaney factory shop near Kettering if you're ever up that way as you can save big money on your favourite shoes.

I ordered a pair of Walnut Grain Cheaney made to order fur lined boots in the Scott style in May in order to be ready for the British Winter! The shop told me how long I would have to wait and they were very accurate. The shop is sometimes a little quieter so you get a lot of attention from the friendly sales staff who let me use their toilet when I was caught short. Cheaney are becoming like the Church’s shoes of old in terms of quality to price and they often very stiff competition to Crockett and Jones in terms of value. In fact in the field of fur lined boots and boots generally. I would tender them as the best in terms of value to price out of all the Northampton manufacturers. Considering I have nearly 60 Goodyear welted shoes (though I’m not a centipede) from Edward Green, Church’s, Crockett & Jones etc I feel qualified to report. In the photo I show them tested in the extreme conditions of the Hungarian winter hiking in the hills. They were warm but not overheating and did not let in dampness!
