I’m not sure who the reviewers were who left such awful reviews but think they must have got salon mixed up with somewhere else! Been coming here for 18 years (approx) and have always found the staff lovely. Very friendly and enthusiastic. As a hairdresser myself I often wish I worked in such a professional and friendly environment. Always a 100% satisfied. Great products used and great location. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
This is the most horrific hairdressers or even work environment i have ever come across, unbelievably unprofessional, extremely rude and the 'hair dressers' that work there are extremely aggressive and don't appear trained in the slighest with regards to the practice and with an understanding of customer standards. Please do avoid using their services and if you must, take someone with you as it is an extremely hostile environment with dogs running around, jumping all over you, scary staff, an extremely arrogant manager, an absurd 'hair salon'!!!! do not put urself at risk. If you actually research them, you will find that they are listed as closed down, clear as to why. EXTREMELY dodgy place, be cautious
Staff and the manager are extremely aggressive, vicious, dishonet and blind and took no responsibility to the mess they caused to my hair and unrepentant to the nasty comments towards me and my friend. I went in on the 22nd June 17 for a simple balayage hair cut with brown highlights only to be given a patchy, dishevelled hair cut with bleach blonde highlights that absolutely did not match my dark browm hair. Being embarrassed and emotionally distressed there and then i quickly payed and left. The following day still with ridiculous hair i went to two separate hair salon and their reactions were was this done by amateurs ie my friends and something has seriously gone wrong here. I phone up Cabelas to see if the manager was in to get a simple refund as my hair was a state to be only shouted at on the phone and i quote "dont come in im not giving you a refund" before even seeing my hair. Alittle startled and simply proceeded to the hair dressers thinking the manager will understand once looking at my hair but i was wrong. The manager came into the hairdressers only to shoulder barge pass me and say im not talking to you. Straight after me and my friend was surrounded like prey by aggressive staff saying they would drag us out by hair whilst holding scissors which was a terrifying and 1st ever experience for us both. I have part video footage of thos experience which i can give upon request to anyone. I went to my car to proceed to call police and now ive been told an investigation is opening and i am now seeking legal advice which solicitors believe i have a strong case against them to get compensation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! You may think i must of provoked such a situation, but i can swear on anything, i said and did nothing apart from ask for a simple refund to get so much abuse and aggression from these so called professionals. Believe me.
