   I’m using my husband account as my phone is broken. My name is Katherine winchurch and I have been coming here for 30 years and never had a problem Tina and Debbie couldn’t be more helpful or nice to me never I saw them be rude to anybody and to say they left someone at the door and mouthed to them Though window maybe some people don’t like being told they r not taking new customers on and that is because they r so good no more appointments are available. Carry on good work Tina and Debbie would never go anywhere else

   I was so pleased to have somone recommend this hairdressers and to read good reviews having just moved into the area. I visited this salon(door locked obviously for safety) so no problem. 1 Customer in there and 2 staff. I knocked, the lady not doing the customer mouthed "what" at me. It is pouring down and I'm soaked. So I shout can I come in. She opened the door but wouldn't let me in, I say can I chat to you she said what about, I say I'd like an appointment she says were not taking new customers like i should know and shut the door. So very rude!! Cannot believe it. Terrible customer service
