   Went into a store today and what truly saddened me was seeing the manager reprimand a member of staff on the tills for talking to customers while serving them. I asked the lady on the tills what her name was she said Debbie, and she was so kind & helpful and provided excellent customer service I encouraged her to remain being talkative as for some people, that may have been the only conversation they had all day. ❤️

   One star is generous unfortunately. Don't go into this store if you are in any kind of rush. You will queue up for ages with one member of staff on the tills. Shelves are empty so pointless going in for your shopping anyway. Untidy, staff are miserable, il stick to b&m

   One staff member in particular that works at this store massively lacks any social skills. When you go to her till she doesn’t greet you and doesn’t say a word at all, then when she’s finished scanning your items she doesn’t even ask if you’d like a bag. This hasn’t just been the one occasion that she’s acted this way, it’s been every time!! In my opinion she shouldn’t be working on tills!!
