   Bought many games and recently an xbox controller from here that looked brand new. Prices do tend to be a bit on the steep side but the 5 year warranty makes up for it Not too sure how the trade ins work though. When I trade in old tech they go over it with a fine tooth comb but I see items on shelves and behind the glass in bad condition Overall good place to get rid of old tech and pick up games for a reasonable price

   The st helens branch was not typical of most cex stores,Most stores are glad you are buying from them.This one had only one seller and 4 others doing other things. So myself and 3 others had to wait. The item I wanted was a HP laptop advertised as B grade,It was held behind the counter at arms length.I think it was C or D grade at other cex stores.I,m glad I whent to see it.But I was not able to turn it on,or have a close look at it .So I did,nt Buy anything from cex.I whent over to cash converters And bought a HP laptop from them £30 Cheaper and in clean condition And got a free cover with 12 months guarantee.
