Younger lad, ginger hair and has spots is very rude. Not nice to deal with, rudely asked me to pack my own bag, also had shook his head and spoke to me rudely another time. Not the first time he’s been rude. Needs to go back to 13 reasons why.
Staff so rude especially the short lady with height issues on the till. Obviously needs training on customer service and interpersonal skills I think the company's head office needs to read some of the reviews. Disgusting customer service.
Hit and miss what service you receive from this store. Young ginger lad seems like he’d rather not deal with anyone at all. Went in today and asked if they sold a spirit level. He looked at me as if to say I was stupid and asked what one was. After explaining to him, said they’re used to make things level when hanging up.. quite simple really.. he looked at me as if I made it up and said “never heard of it” and turned away. Not someone you want dealing with customers especially ones who are asking questions.
A young lad working there judged me and my friend and told another member of staff to watch out for us next time purely based off our looks and was following us round the shop and giving us dirty looks. Everyone else in there is nice except him
First time visiting new store and was spoken by a rude young man on the counter as we walked in the wrong entrance without knowing , we just came out of the rain and my friend wanted to buy something from there, the man tried to make a fool of us as we walked in the entrance by the tills which is huge and we weren't in anyone's way, we are both old enough to be his father and he just shouted in front of customers we just ignored him and carried on as what's the point arguing with a angry person the world's full of them. Please teach your staff to have respect for there elders. We went to a different till from him and got served by a friendly young lady.
They had very nice customer service but some people are rude to them because there being served by teen who are just starting out one below it excellent
Cheap things to buy,you get what you pay for some of good value some not so good.
No idea on stock rotation or price pointing. 4 packs of chocolate on sale exactly the same product some with a £1 flash pack some £1.25 flash pack but priced £1 on the ticked i picked one up went through the till at £1.25 on politely asking for 25p back i was subjected to the laser death stare and got my 25p back it must be so stressful for them keeping up with price rises as they all look miserable
Nipped in today for a few last minute bits for Christmas. The shop was clean and organised and well stocked. All the staff are doing a wonderful job and the young girl with the glasses on the check out was lovely. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Over all a pleasant experience
Came in yesterday, was served by a young girl, dark hair, quite a bit of eye make up. So SO rude. Disgusting customer service. I've just come across a couple more reviews saying the same thing. I won't be returning to this store. There's people crying for jobs, give it to someone who deserves it.
