   Very rude staff, came in earlier today and a lady with short blonde/brown hair of a bigger build wearing a silver cross necklace, did not allow me to calmly look around, she came right next to me in particular and kept re-arranging any boot I put back and made several remarks under her breathe, saying “Just makes sense to put it back like this doesn’t it” and walking away then coming back. Her attitude was absolutely awful. She then shouts across to someone asking for a simple price with an angry tone. It completely put me off, please train your staff to carry professionalism and manners, will not be coming here again.

   had the pleasure of visiting the Jones BS recently and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the two ladies working there!!!! They are both fantastically talented—polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment I walked in, their approach was warm yet efficient, creating an atmosphere that made the shopping experience thoroughly enjoyable. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes, and although my size wasn’t available in-store, they promptly arranged to have them ordered from another branch. Before doing so, they thoughtfully had me try on a similar style in-store to confirm the sizing, which showed real attention to detail. When the shoes arrived, unfortunately, the factory had sent the wrong size. On returning to the shop, I was once again met with their outstanding customer care. The situation was handled with what I can only describe as military precision—swiftly, smoothly, and with absolute professionalism. Their calm and capable manner turned what could have been a frustrating issue into a seamless resolution.

   Purchased some good quality leather Gabor boots. Not cheap but that's what you pay for good boots. Am hoping they will last a long time so worth the expenditure if they do. Staff were very helpful and I felt like I had a personalised experience. Am happy to buy from Jones again.

   Whole shopping experience ruined by one staff member who treated us very condescendingly and tried to sell us the more expensive option at all times, being very pressuring and manipulative and then trying to sell us extras by making us feel like fools if we didn't buy them. Other lady on shift was quite nice, but seemed her opinion was just overlooked by her colleague. Expect a really uncomfortable experience if said staff member is around.
