   Unfortunately was attended to by a very rude and unfriendly individual. Completely ignored several clients who eventually walked out. I chose to do my shopping but was appalled by this women attitude and "dont care" behaviour. As I ordered my shoes size she dropped the boxed on the floor and just walked away. Didn't even have the courtesy to asked whether I would like a bag. Simply disgraceful and especially during the festive season A shame that one person can overshadow an organisations qualities and values.

   I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this ALDO location. When I attempted to exchange an item, the staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining that the photo of my receipt was missing a QR code, she shouted that my receipt was “not acceptable.” When I asked why, her response was dismissive and unhelpful, saying “I’m replying to you,” without offering any real explanation. I was sent another picture of the receipt, which still didn’t scan, and instead of trying alternative options—like manually entering the numbers under the QR code—she insisted I get “another picture on a flat surface.” The entire interaction lacked basic customer service skills, patience, or willingness to help. Overall, this was one of the worst customer care experiences I’ve had. Staff should treat customers with respect and offer solutions, not respond with attitude and hostility.

   Avoid aldo store at all costs. I went to try some shoes and asked the TALL BLACK BUSHY haired girl to get me a shoe to try on. She claimed that it was a similar fit to one I had tried earlier. Excuse me?! If its not the same shoe I am entitled to try it on!!! She refused to get it. She is hands down the most vile and rude human being I have had the displeasure of meeting. She was not wearing a name badge and REFUSED to give her name. i asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager!!!! I have seen a few other reviews here with similar experiences. I am unsure how aldo is not sacking this so called “manager”. I was buying a shoe but left it due the level of rudeness. Also a point to note the store was empty, it wasn’t like they were rushed off their feet. Do not shop here !

   I went there on Saturday 8th of November. I bought shoes before 2 days ago. They gave me wrong reciept. I ask them to change my shoes i have reciept and everything. And its there mistake because they gave me wrong reciept. Still instead of apology they are really rude with me. And they refuse to change my shoes. I ask for the manager and they said manager is not available i am the incharge for now. And she is rude, she doesn’t want to accept her staff’s mistake. I suggest people to not buy anything from there.

   Quality is poor, prices are too high. Even at sales. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost when ordered online and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you

   I love ALDO, how ever, I may not come back to this location. The cashier lacked of knowledge about the products prices charging me full price on items on discount, if at least she was humble enough to say sorry I won’t be doing this review but instead she was arrogant. The worse part was watching her showing attitude to an Indian lady because she also lacked of understanding propel English, the lady was very easy to understand but the cashier, again, wasn’t humble enough so showing bad attitude was her way out.

   Quite possibly the most disappointing shoe purchase I've ever made. Within one month of purchasing shoes which cost £80 the outside was flaking off and the sole was separating from the upper. So disappointed. Only giving 2 stars because the service was friendly and fast.
