   I bought shoes for my mum and she really likes them. Liga and Damon were very helpful in selecting the shoes for my mum, we all had a good laugh, and the store manager Ali also jumped in the convo. Great customer service, really enjoyed the convo and the service.

   My experience at Mephisto was beyond my expectations. I bought a pair of shoes called Olympia and boots called Polonie. The Quality is unmatched, the most comfortable shoes i own. The customer service i received was amazing, staff were very knowledgeable about their products and showed me all about the shoe technology.Many thanks to Liga and Damon for their amazing customer service. The manager, Ali was absolutely lovely, very helpful and ensures you have the best experience possible. Will definitely be returning for more shoes!

   I bought two pairs of shoes in separate visits to the London store in the last few months. As well as being pleased with the shoes (both from the Mobils range and very comfy), the service was excellent - a particular thanks to the manager who thoughtfully gave me an umbrella to protect my lovely suede shoes when I was unprepared for the rain on my recent second visit.

   I paid £235 for a pair of Olimpia sneakers in May. By September the heels had worn through to the white undersole. I complained by email and it took a month to tell me I had to take them back to the shop. The shop then contacted the same department I had been emailing to be told it was my fault because of the way I walked! This is not a problem I’ve ever had before with Mephistos or any other shoes. Avoid this style, it is a bad design with an inadequate sole. Very disappointing in a brand I have previously been loyal to.

   My wife Anne-Marie, has been wearing Mephisto shoes since 1995 and shopping at the London store since 2006. Ali and Kim really went the extra mile with us. Because we now live well outside London, they spent a lot of effort and time on the phone and with emails making sure that my wife got the shoes she needed without having to make the long trip to the capital. We highly recommend both men for their service, and also recommend Mephisto shoes for their incredible comfort.
