   Lala Ali is a top guy , experienced and really nice. Really good with kids too, a big softie. Only barber I know isn’t money hungry and does a top job. Takes time , especially with special need kids. Can spend an hour of his time and remains calm experienced /knowledgeable and patience 10/10

   I’ve been going to shard-end barbers for years (6+ years) and I am a loyal customer … my first experience with Ali was like no other , he fixed and saved my trim that another barber messed up (Turkish barbershop) and from then on I wouldn’t go to anyone else … your just not a customer , you become family and loyalty like that runs deep.. the vibe as soon as you step threw them doors is unmatched and even when your not getting a trim , you find yourself popping in for a chat with Ali and his team… the quality of the trims and beard shape ups gets people asking , where do you go for your haircut? (Speaks for its self) He is not Just your barber but a brother and a great friend … I highly recommend you visit and try it out for your self , believe me you’ll never look back … I’ve witnessed how good he is cutting kids hair too, interacts and makes them feel comfortable, never seen a tear while they sit in his chair… Cheers to Ali and his team for always keeping the doors open and great providing service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Laziest barber I have been to in over 15 years or haircuts. This barber does not pay mind to what you want, I showed a picture of a previous haircut and miserably failed to reflect. The barber does not enquire how some things specific should be done such as the moustache or whether the back is to be faded or lined. I have a few negative things to say that are genuine and literally took place: The barber went with what he thought “looked good” regarding the shape of the beard. The barber did almost two straight lines to shape the beard connecting the sideburns to moustache without asking. I wanted the beard to curve, I asked him to correct this and he insisted the straight look was better - I said no and he surprisingly corrected this. I do not care what you think looks good, I want what I ask for and if he believes another method is better then the least he can do is ask. I asked for a cut throat blade to be used to shape the facial hair, he insisted this trimmer is very sharp and better, gave it a go and I strongly disagree. After the haircut I requested a cut throat and to fix the lined beard to curved, the barber completely ignored the cut throat blade request, almost as if I said nothing and merely exist. The barber then said “see this is better”, I rubbed my finger on the little hairs above the cheeks and said no it’s not - again I was ignored. Symmetry is extremely important for a nice haircut, I asked for a mid fade. I could not believe the barber did a mid fade on the left and a high fade on the right! Crazy. I then showed the barber after the haircut and asked am I wrong? He agreed with me and said take a seat so he can fix the irreversible trim lol. I said no, you will bring the right side high aswell so I just thought leave it. A customer walked in mid haircut whom the barber conversated with which is fine, however he stopped cutting to turn around and talk at least four times. It’s a waste of my time and a distraction, this idiot requires all his focus and concentration to pull off a decent haircut (I only asked for a basic haircut and couldn’t even do this lol) I asked for a 0.5 on the side and beard, mid fade, boxed fringe and medium scissor cut (fairly basic haircut). Yet he failed so badly. I’ve never had a barber start with a 0.5 blade on the side, not even a higher blade at the start to figure out a guideline. Weirdo barber that will not use a cut throat blade which I have never ever seen in my life. Almost as if he’s scared of the cut throat blade. Finally I highlighted all the errors and asked for a £5 discount from the initial £15, he said he will sort it out next time. (there’s me thinking so you screw it up again?) I politely said “no, not going to lie there won’t be a next time”. He said ok no problems. I believe I’m a reasonable person and understanding, but this guy took it tooooo far. I hate to make such a strong and negative statement about a small business but it’s wrong for people to receive such bad service. Bottom line, avoid avoid avoid is my opinion, I do not understand why the other 32 people have a five star review. I regret coming here and will not return to the road let alone the barbershop - neither will my children, and my children’s children. Fix up mate and quick.

   Fantastic! The barber did a great job, was thorough, efficient, and everything you would want from a barbers. Some barbers dont do a good job, and miss bits that you only notice a day or two later - not this guy, he was great. Ill be coming back here every time now.
