Great gym. Great atmosphere. However the music they play is unbelievably bad but other than that a place for all athletes

Going to this gym for the past 3 years quite literally proved to me environment really does shape your results. The culture, atmosphere and equipment really let you push it. Regular gyms, even ones stocked well like JD gym left me running out of weight even at only an intermediate level. This gym has absolutely everything you'd ever need and more. It even stocks stuff maybe 1 person uses per year passing through like certain niche strength equipment It has about as much variety and equipment as 3 standard retail gyms. There's literally 10 stocked power racks in their power room, several of each main compound station in the other rooms (3, basically dedicated to push pull and legs) and then a massively stocked free weight room at the front. Cardio , boxing upstairs, you can not go wrong. High quality equipment like panatta. Loaded strength room with powerlifting stuff, tonnes of comp plates. Ive not ever had to wait for a piece of equipment even at peak times. "old tatty equipment" is likely people seeing actually used metal plates and machines that lasted long enough to even appear rugged because they're solid quality - your local PureGym would just stock up on the cheapest rubberised stuff only. This by the way, is why the monthly price is no where near extortionate - you get more than what you pay for in my opinion and I'm a damn cheapskate Atmosphere is really nice and pushes you. People around you are working hard, others might be having a more laid back good workout with their friends. Everyone there is very friendly and nice. It does fill up at peak times which makes it hard to park, the location is a bit unfortunate for that. It's not dangerous to drop or pick people up though as Tyburn road has loading bays all along it Overall the only negative is there are a few less respectful people that leave weights out with zero care, even though the gym makes it clear everywhere that it's expected. It doesn't really affect you too much but it is a shame some people can't respect the gym enough. I love this place anyway, one of my main gripes about moving away would be the fact it'd be so hard to find a spot like this reasonably close again. There's a reason a lot of fitness greats stop by.

I joined this gym recently after having trained at Pure Gym and The Gym Group for over 2 years. I was interested in this gym after watching YouTube reviews on it and also reading Google Reviews as well. All I can say is that if you are serious about your training and you want to focus on your weightlifting/bodybuilding goals then this is the gym for you. The gym is across 2 floors. The Ground Floor has 6 large rooms: 1.) Cardio (treadmills, bikes etc) 2.) Dumbbells (massive variety of weight i.e. 150kg) 3.) Chest & Triceps 4.) Back 5.) Crossfit 6.) Shoulders & Legs On the First Floor there are two boxing rings, a variety of boxing bags and also additional cardio machines. They also have a posing room as well. The machines in this gym are fantastic with excellent machines such as the Panata machines. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face and are ready to welcome you in the mornings. I visit the gym in the early mornings (5am) so I have no issue with parking or traffic but I know that this might be an issue for some people. If you want to progress in your fitness journey then this is the place for you.

Very good gym. Plenty of equipment that are maintained regularly. Cold water fountain and friendly staff. Changing rooms and showers available. Only improvements I’d recommend: clean/maintain changing rooms / toilets more and have better air conditioning. It gets so hot!

Such a good equipment based gym, just cannot understand why its so loud, that sort of volume might be acceptable in a commercial open plan huge gym, but this place has walls everywhere so the sound just bounces and is even louder, it makes it nearly unbearable, if only they would take a ‘consider everyone’ approach with it, having it lower would be perfect, ill have to see and wait now.

Excellent gym. Good quality equipment mix of old and new. Nicely laid out and separate rooms seem to stop congestion and make it easier to do the workout. Music was spot on and staff are friendly. I Wasn't expecting to see any strongman kit which was a bonus for me. Seems to cater well to Bodybuilding and powerlifting. Would recommend 10/10

Probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Great range of training equipment, great staff, great vibe. Some times the music is a bit too loud but even that’s a minor issue.

Incredible gym, well equipped with anything you would want and need for all types of training styles. It's like a playground for bodybuilders! Staff are very friendly and the facilities are always improving - giving back to the members. Massive thank you to Warren and his team for the new outdoor setup. Was great to train yesterday for the first time in 3 months. Quality equipment in a safe environment... OUTSTANDING!

  3. Mitchell Masterson ★★★★★

Great gym friendly staff plenty of space for all types of workouts inside. Sectioned to different areas for an easier more intense workout not having to walk all the way to the other side of the gym between exercises. A wide range of equipment all kept up to date and in good condition. Changing rooms are big clean and provide safe lockers for all your clothes and valuables. Atmosphere is awesome, murals and photos signed all over the gym of some of the best bodybuilders and athletes in the world. On Saturdays they have a live DJ blasting music too which is a cool touch would definitely recommend a visit if your dropping by or signing up if this is close enough to you. Parking could do with some work but with the area around the business not much can be done.
