   Seems like most people have had similar experiences, the attitude of a salesperson is genuinely unacceptable, I’ve shopped at multiple loake and have also shopped at shoes stores that are a lot more expensive that loake, I have no idea why that specific salesperson gave an attitude to me, nor is his need to speak rudely towards myself , possibly because I was wearing a sports outfit as an Asian who doesn’t seem interested or capable of spending, this specific salesperson needs to be replaced, will never ever shop at loake again if this problem won’t be taken care of. Btw I ended buying a pair of shoes because I had to, because of an occasion, and his attitude changed right after that, but a huge red flag nevertheless because of this darker skin toned SA

   Was looking for some Chelsea boots had been to Grenson and Cheaney but didn't have what I was looking for. Popped into Loake as still wanted a British made boot. Was greeted by a fantastic man called Kevin we had a good old chat and was impressed by his knowledge and left with some Chelsea boots plus Blue Light Discount on top. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit.

   I had excellent service from Jay and Neil today, it was maybe the most painless shoe shopping experience of my life. Jay had a great shoe suggestion, measured up my feet and brought me two sizes. I quickly confirmed the correct size, and decided to buy with the help of Jay's product knowledge. He did not push more expensive shoes to me, but helped confirm my decision. And it is a fantastic shoe at a good price.
