I was very surprised by the quality and level of service provided. A complimentary drink for every taste, a friendly staff, and a well-equipped space are what make this barbershop unique. Barber Will provided excellent service and left me wanting to return.
Wanted to have the best haircut I’ve ever had because my wedding was coming up and I had to look my best. So I decided to book with the “master barber” Dale. Not worth it at all. Kept on bragging about his 30 years in the trade. Very expensive and not worth it. I’ve asked for a ski fade, this guy didn’t even have foils.The cheaper barbers are under the “barber” column. Before the “master gave me a rubbish haircut, I went to the “ less experienced” barber Danny. Ended doing a much better job for half the price. If you want to look your best pay less and the the normal barbers.
Just had an appointment with Dale after growing my hair out for the last 6 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I came in hoping for a restyle and left really impressed. The place was recommended to me by word of mouth, and I can see why. The service was great, the price was fair (especially since I only get a cut every month or so), and overall I’m really happy with the experience. Looks like I’ve found my new go-to barber. All of the barbers here are top quality, Dale runs a tight ship. I have been going for a number of years now and my regular barber is Charlie, he always give an excellent cut and a laugh - funny guy. I enjoy the gin and tonic on arrival. Barber house definitely is best in class. I travel from Northampton just for the impeccable service.
Since I moved to Birmingham I have been there 3 times so far and will continue to do so. All 3 times was with Mitchel he’s very professional, gentle and always takes the cut details with a smile. Totally recommend it
I have been visiting The Barber House for over 5 years now. It is, without doubt, the finest and most friendly barber shop I have ever visited, and I am aged 43. I am lucky enough to book Dale, the owner and CEO, who is (excuse the pun) a cut above all other barbers I have ever used. His kind and professional manner instantly puts you at ease and he is a joy to speak to and be with, and will give you a stunning haircut. The care and attention he and his team put into the shop is first class - it is immaculate, tidy, clean and incredibly comfortable, mixing classic Italian style chairs with a modern sleek finish. They even have a bar that does lovely coffee and drinks - what better way to finish a shave or hair cut! Cannot recommend highly enough. Try them, you won't regret it.
I have just moved to Birmingham recently and was in dire need of a haircut and shave when I found 'The Barber House' I was able to book an appointment online quickly and easily that same day. Upon arrival I was amazed with the elegant and suave atmosphere as well as the professional courtesy. They took my coat and offered a complementary drink/cocktail which was great. My Barber Mitchel was outstanding! Very polite and professional and gave me an amazing haircut and straight shave. He was extremely kind and gave me the best service I have ever had. I will definitely recommend checking this establishment out and I will continue as a customer here for the remainder of my time here in Birmingham.
This barber shop was recommended to me by another barber shop close by. Mitchell, the junior barber on-site really done a fantastic job. He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and took his time to give me a first class haircut and beard trim. Great customer service from both the staff on-site.
