   Have been going there for years, but honestly it’s been a grown disappointment, had good experience at the very beginning years ago but then things has changed, most of time I feel uncomfortable there and unhappy with the haircut, wait time is an hour plus for walk in normally and the guys seems overworked and unbothered, for the last few times I would walk out with uneven hair on my head and it’s just terrible and rushed, the guy who normally cut my hair was nice to me at the very beginning, and then after a few times started showing an attitude and proceeded to ask me for more money for the same service that’s listed on their price board, the other barber in the shop called him out, as I walk out I heard him saying to the barber called him out why you charge him less very loud tune and and I heard it loud and clear. I cannot believe that because they literally have a press board hanging on their front door and you proceeded to ask more while I have been going there regularly, there has been a few times that I’ve been charged more or asked more that I have declined because it is simply unreasonable and I feel very uncomfortable to do so. I feel this is very weird as this place is also cash only so I don’t know how it says on the board one thing and the price is charged differently. On the other hand, the service that I’m paying for includes wash but sometimes I’m asked to wash at home, although I don’t mind but I feel like this is very unprofessional because I should be the one who say it and not been asked can you wash at home. On top of that with each different barber that you often get very different experience, so I don’t know if it is just a one person, because I had good experience with other barbers in that shop. But as a customer, I don’t know what’s going on with the management there and frankly speaking I do not care, I was not offered a good service overall. So I have stopped going there because I no longer feel comfortable walk in there. I didn’t want to speak up about this because I can’t be bothered to bring people down, but recently I’ve been going to different barbers in Town and those certainly reminded me how good service should be, which I hadn’t had this feeling for a long time that I walk out a barber feeling money well spent

   This place is dreadful for a head and beard shave. I was short of time so didn't say much before leaving but it wasn't down to skin, had stubble on my head and face which wasn't evenly spread like he shaved me a-symmetrically. My head was stinging bad so I had to rinse it in the pub I met my mates in and even they noticed how uneven it was when I drew attention to it. Its like they tried to shave me with a wet plastic spoon and hope.

   I've been coming here for a few months now and I've got to say Bazz is the guy. I sat in his chair today and I never really know what I want done. He just advised what I should get done and the proceeded to do it. The look is amazing, the style is sharp and it works for my face. He recommended a great beard oil and explained ways to keep the colour and thickness in it b Great guy, great service and great place!

   Aqib is the best barber in Birmingham. I have been to loads of barbershops in the past and can say by far, hands down, Aqib is the best. If you can’t decide on what haircut to have, show him a picture and he will mirror it. Service is 1000/10 from him and he really looks after your hair, gives a thorough clean and advises you on how to keep it healthy and stylish!
